If the call is important enough to risk MY life (as the potential for you to swerve and kill me is increased) then it's important enough to pull over and take the call like a human. I definitely wear makeup (and perfume), but don't apply anything but chapstick in the car. I'm just not that co-ordinated, plus it seems beneficial to actually pay attention while driving.
